How do I reset my password?

1. To reset your password you must first log out of your account by going to your profile and clicking the red "Log Out" button.

How do I request an invoice?

1. Fill out the contact form asking for an invoice. Someone from HSAD Network will respond back soon.

How do I transfer my account to a new user?

1. Go to your profile and scroll to the bottom of the page. You can do this by logging in and clicking the "Profile" button or by going to

2. At the bottom of your profile there is a section called "Account Transfer". Fill out the form there and read the instructions on how to transfer your account.

Why am I constantly being redirected to the main page after logging in?

1. Your web cookies may have expired or your cookies may be blocked for your browser. We use cookies to authenticate you in your browser after you log in so that we know that you are approved user. Without cookies enabled some functions of the website may not function properly and you may be redirected to the main page. This is to maintain the integrity of the Network. To resolve this please check your cookie settings and enable cookies at least for HSAD Network then try to log in again.

Why am I not receiving emails from HSAD Network anymore?

1. To reduce email spam by default all accounts do not receive emails from HSAD Network. All users are encouraged to use the applicable Dashboards to view posts made by other users. However, if you would like to have emails sent to your inbox please visit your profile and check the "Enable Emails" checkbox and update your profile. You can find your profile here,

2. Your account may have been flagged due to emails failing to reach your email inbox and being returned to HSAD Network for a variety of reasons. If your account is flagged you can still post messages and use the Dashboard but you will not receive posts from other users via email. This is done to protect the integrity of the HSAD Network email system. If you would like for us to review your account and potentially enable emails for your account please reach out to us at
